I did not like this cheap Chinese product. HOWEVER, I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with Discount Filters prompt refund…no questions asked…so I will order better quality whole house filters from Discount Filters and remain a loyal customer.

Good experience with my order. The box, in which the filters were shipped, was beaten up when it arrived, but that was due to the carrier. Filters were in good shape though, so that's all that matters. Price for 4 filters was competitive with other sellers, but there is also a small shipping fee which it made it a little more than the last place I purchased from. All in all I am happy with the filters.
